You have been directed to this notice because you have recently requested and been granted use of a Lane 社区 College facility space. 请仔细审阅这份文件. It is YOUR responsibility to read and comply with these guidelines.

User is responsible for restoring room to original condition at end of event (i.e. cleaning whiteboards, disposing of waste, recycling, turning light out, closing windows, etc.)

User agrees to report any and all accidents while on Lane 社区 College property to the appropriate officials. For Lane employees, use the accident reporting form on the COPPS-Accident报告 页面. Facility users who are not Lane employees should contact the Department of Public Safety by calling the non-emergency line (541) 463-5558, 或者拨打紧急电话(541)463-5555.
