
EUGENE, Ore. — Lane Community College is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its brand-new 转移中心, 定于周四举行, October 19, during National Transfer Student Week. This center will serve as a pivotal hub for Lane Community College students as they navigate the journey of transferring to four-year institutions.
The 转移中心's primary objective is to provide students with an invaluable resource to meet with representatives from prospective transfer institutions. These representatives will offer guidance and insights on admissions, 学术项目, 金融援助, 以及其他必要的学生支持服务. Whether students are planning to enter the workforce immediately upon earning their bachelor's degree or intend to further their education in graduate school, Lane Community College's 转移中心 will ensure they are well-prepared for whatever comes next.
The 转移中心's inaugural event will feature representatives from the University of Oregon (UO) who will be available for consultations with Lane Community College students. UO staff members specializing in advising and admissions will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday to provide assistance and answer any questions students may have.
